We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if for some reason you are not satisfied with it, please follow the Return Policy below:

1. If your order arrives damaged or broken, Haze Performance will replace it.
2. If you are not happy with your product, we will accept returns within 30 days of the purchase - shipping is non-refundable. We will credit your credit card for the purchase price. Please note that products altered in any way are NOT refundable.

In all cases, if you need to return merchandise, please email us at customersupport@hazeperf.com explaining the reason for the return. Once we approve your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number. You may then send us the product along with your Return Authorization Number. When we receive the returned merchandise, we will respond as stated above. Shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or order entry error on the part of Haze Performance.
